Okay… so trying something a little new this time, and I’m quite open to hearing what you think about the format.
This is going to be something of a departure for me… but I figured much of the fun of this will be to try out new things. The current challenge: take stereotypes and make them funny. Shouldn’t be too hard, right?
And yes, I used the ‘R-Word’. I know some people really don’t like that. Understand that I portrayed it in its proper negative context — the person using it is a twit. And I don’t mean pregnant goldfish, either.

I don’t mind your use of the “r-word” in this context. But then, I don’t suffer from the dread disease “offensensitivity”, a pathological allergic reaction to any kind of offense, however small, even when not directed at me. And “r-word” doesn’t necessarily always mean “mentally challenged due to circumstances beyond their control”. It can also mean “socially challenged due to laziness or choice”, which the nitwit in question then tries to blame on something like Asperger’s, which they DON’T have. They’re just being dense as plutonium, and on purpose.
I had plenty of all three types when I worked the phones. The Bad, I helped best I could. The Ugly went directly to my Team Leader or supervisor with a smile. That was their job, not mine.
Thanks. I really think there is a tendency to get offended for others, when the offense doesn’t really exist at all.
That said, I also know I have friends who will take exception to its use, so the disclaimer.
